Health and safety is our top priority.

Allwood Carpentry Manufacturing has been deemed an essential service by the province of Ontario and as such we remain open. We are operating at full staff and full production capacity.

Our showroom is open. Showroom appointments can be booked in advance as we ensure the showroom is properly sanitized. We also sanitize a private bathroom for clients use during their visit. Our staff will always be wearing a mask when meeting with any of our clients. We highly recommend our clients to wear a mask, we have masks and hand sanitizer available by our showroom entrances.

We utilize temperature scanners and entry-logs at our entrances to ensure the health and well being of our clients, families, and employees.

Ways we are working to help contain the spread.

  • Screen people who enter the workplace

  • Support self-isolation for workers with symptoms and workers who are close contacts of COVID-19 cases

  • Ensure people maintain a physical distance of two meters or more

  • Have workers, clients and visitors wear masks

  • We have placed multiple hand sanitizer stations through-out the facility, alongside providing PPE for guests & workers.

  • Disinfect surfaces and objects

  • Support hand hygiene, particularly handwashing

  • Remind workers about good cough and sneeze etiquette and to avoid touching their face

  • Work with the local public health unit if any workers have COVID-19 or are exposed to someone with COVID-19
